Junior Group Schedule
All lessons run Monday, Tuesday & Thursday afternoons

Blue/Red Ball Hot Shots 4.00 to 4.30pm (3 to 6 years)
Orange Ball Hot Shots 4.30 to 5.15pm (~6 to 8 years)
Green Ball Hot Shots 5.15 to 6.00pm (~9 to 11 years)
Kanga Squad 6.00 to 7.00pm (12+)
Adult group sessions run weekly at Willison Park.

We offer a free trial for newcomers, thereafter $29 per casual session, or $249 per 10 session flexible no expiry pass.

Sessions consist of approximately half drills/exercises in the first half, followed by rallying and game based activities.

The Wednesday skill session follows a similar structure with a specific technical and tactical focus each week.
